Our office at Námestie slobody 14 in Banská Bystrica is open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. First meetings are always conducted in person wherever possible — we believe that the foundation of a fiduciary relationship is built face to face, not through a digital form. If you are travelling from Bratislava or beyond, our office is a ten-minute walk from the main train station. We ask new clients to bring any existing investment or insurance documents to the first meeting, as these allow us to provide a candid assessment of your current exposure without delay. All conversations are held in strict confidence under Slovak professional secrecy obligations.

The introductory consultation at House & Co follows a consistent structure. We begin with a confidential review of your current capital position — assets, liabilities, existing insurance, and succession arrangements. We then discuss your time horizon and the key risks you are most concerned about. By the close of the meeting, we provide a verbal summary of the structural gaps we have identified and a written outline of the approach we would recommend. There is no obligation to proceed, and no fee for the first consultation. Our aim is that you leave with clarity — whether or not you engage us further.
